Schizophrenic Man Murders His Entire Family While Listening to Eminem
In the early hours of the morning on May 30th, 2009 in Glendale, Arizona, a panicked Michael Miller dialed 911 to confess to stabbing his wife and his children.
At first glance, the Miller family didn’t seem like anything out of the ordinary. They were a nuclear family, a husband, a wife, and two kids, a 10-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. The parents, Michael and Adriana, had been together for 11 years.
They met in April 1998, both working a closing shift at Wendy’s. Michael got the courage to ask her out and they’ve been together since then.
They eventually married in August 1999. Adriana was described as a loving wife who would have done anything for her family. Michael, though he had a history of struggling with mental health issues, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, was known to friends and family as a devoted husband and father.
So it came as a surprise to everyone when Michael turned himself into the police, confessing that he had stabbed his wife and kids.
Around 9:30 p.m., Michael had gotten off work. He was 29 years old and he worked as a delivery pizza driver for Papa John’s.
